  • How does the Drink Tracker work?
    Make sure you have the most updated version! How do I set my daily and/or weekly target? 1. Click the "Settings" icon (three vertical lines) at the bottom left of the Drink Tracker 2. Use the '-' and '+' signs to change your planned drink target amount for a specific date 3. Click "Update" at the top right of the target settings page to save those changes How do I add a drink? 1. Click "Log Your Drink" on the Drink Tracker 2. Tap the date on the popup to edit (if necessary) 3. Add or remove drinks using the '-' and '+' buttons 4. Click Submit How do I edit a previous drink log? 1. Click on the day/date that you would like to edit 2. Click the blue "Edit" button that displays at the bottom of the Drink Tracker 3. Make the necessary changes and submit How do I delete a previous drink log? 1. Click on the "Insights" button in the bottom left corner of the Drink Tracker 2. Click the clock icon in the top right corner to bring up the "History" section 3. Swipe left on the drink log entry to delete How do I toggle between the calendar and chart views? 1. Click the drop-down menu at the top of the Drink Tracker 2. Select the view that you would like enable 3. The app will remember your choice for you until you change it! How do I view my monthly or weekly stats? 1. Click on the "Insights" button at the bottom left of the Drink Tracker 2. Here you can view your current week and/or month as well as previous weeks and/or months. You can also view an analysis of your drinking habits for the displayed time-period at the bottom of the "Insights" page.
  • How do I view, change, or cancel my Reframe subscription?
    Go to your Apple Settings app; you can search for “Settings” in your iPhone if you are having trouble finding it. Click on your name / Apple ID at the top. Select “Subscriptions.” View, change, or cancel your Reframe subscription here. Feel like you want to cancel?   • Why is my data not synced across multiple devices?
    Reframe has recently incorporated the ability to sync some of your data across multiple devices, but not all of the features have multi-device support. This is because your data is stored locally on your device in an effort to ensure that your private information stays private!
  • I have an issue I would like to report, how can I report without emailing Reframe every time?
    Simply shake your phone, and you will see the Instabug popup. Report your issue there. Thank you!
  • Where can I find my alcohol-free day counter?
    Go to the “ME” tab in the bottom right corner; here you can find all of your stats, including your number of days since you began your alcohol-free or cutback journey.
  • Where can I find my drink counter to keep track of my alcohol intake?
    Go to the “ME” tab in the bottom right corner; here you can find your Drink Tracker, where you can add, edit, or delete drinks, change your weekly target, and view your weekly or monthly drink intake.
  • How do I reset my Daily Tasks and/or start over from the beginning of the program?
    Go to the “ME” tab in the bottom right corner. Click on the “SETTINGS” icon in the top right corner. Scroll down to “RESET PROGRESS.” Here you can delete your Daily Task progress or change your program date!
  • How do I change my AF / Cutback date, baseline weekly drink count, or baseline weekly drink cost?
    1. Go to the “ME” tab in the bottom right corner. 2. Click on the “SETTINGS” icon in the top right corner. 3. Scroll down to “INFORMATION.” 4. Enter your AF / Cutback date and edit your other baseline information.
  • How do I change from one track to the other? Can I change back and forth if I want?
    Yes, you can change tracks as you see fit! Go to the “ME” tab in the bottom right corner. Click on the “SETTINGS” icon in the top right corner. Scroll down to “CHANGE TRACK.” Click on “CHANGE TRACK.” Please note that this change will not register until you open the app on the following day.

All posts should be professional and courteous in nature. Defamation, obscenities, racist remarks, or otherwise harmful and derogatory posts are subject to removal and the user posting the content risks losing their forum privileges. The Reframe forum is moderated by an admin team: the team has the discretion to edit or remove any thread that they find violates the forum Policy & Etiquette Standards. If your post does not meet these standards, we will attempt to reach out to you and reiterate the forum policies. At this time you may be subject to permanent or temporary ban from the forum.   • Where do I find my Road Map? Why are the modules not unlocked?
    You can find your Road Map at the top left corner of the “DAILY TASKS” page. All Road Map modules are locked until they are accessed through your Daily Tasks. We do this because the content is meant to be read in a specific order and in specific increments to help keep it all digestible. As you continue to complete Daily Tasks, you will unlock more readings in your Road Map. Once you've unlocked them you can go back whenever you'd like to read them! You just cannot read ahead.
  • How do I reset my password?
    1. Head to “My Profile” page and click “Change Password.” 2. Check your email for the confirmation code (double check your spam folder!). 3. Input the confirmation code and enter a new password.
  • What are Recoins?
    Recoins are awarded when you complete your Daily Tasks and can be used towards Courses, Challenges, Workshops, and more! You will currently earn 50 Recoins per day for completing your Daily Tasks, and we are working to expand the Recoin feature in the near future.

    "Daily Tasks" tab - This tab is on the far left bottom of the screen. Here you can access your tasks for the day as well as the Road Map to see previously covered tasks. You can also access your current Challenge on this tab. This is where you should start each day! "Toolkit" tab - This is the second tab from the left and has your craving tools, personal journal, meditations, mood log, stress log, goal tracker, and more! "Discover" tab - This tab contains the schedule of Zoom meetings as well as the Courses, Challenges, Workshops and book club! "Forum" tab - This is where you can connect with other community members, post your thoughts, and check in for updates from Reframe team members. "Me" tab - This is the farthest tab to right, and it has all of your statistics about your journey, your Health Updates, and your drink tracker/log; additionally, your Settings can be found at the top left of this page by clicking the the gear-shaped icon.
