How does the drink tracker work?


Make sure you have the most updated version! Set your weekly limit 1. Click the plus icon + on the drink tracker widget in the top corner. 2. You’ll see the “Add Drink” Popup. 3. On the top left corner is the settings icon. 4. Click settings icon & set your weekly limit! (You can change this as your journey changes) Change date 1. On the same “Add Drink” Popup, click on the date 2. Select the a date on the calendar to change your log date (You can also swipe left through the graph to see previous weeks) Edit drinks 1. Click the time icon on the drink tracker widget in the top corner. 2. You’ll see the History page, where you can see your full history of logged drinks 3. Tap on the day you want to edit 4. You’ll see the Edit Drink Popup. 5. Now you can edit the amount of drinks for that day! Delete drinks 1. Go to the History page in the top corner of your drink tracker 2. Swipe left on days that you’d like to delete, like deleting a Note on the Apple Notes App 3. Press delete How to log drinks In our old version, you would need to tally up your drinks. In this new update, simple log a drink whenever you drink, and the graph will display your new total! Previous weeks You can swipe the graph to see your previous weeks Why your drinks are showing up as 0 That’s because the week resets on Monday! You can swipe on the graph to see your past week




How do I check or cancel my subscription?


1. Open your Apple Settings app 2. Click on your name/apple ID at the top 3. Select "subscriptions" 4. Cancel your Reframe subscription here. Why is my data not synced across multiple devices?


We only started supporting multiple devices recently, so all new features or redesign of existing features since then have multi-device support. However, we have a lot of existing features in the app that don’t have this support yet so it will take time to eventually add support for all of them. Daily tasks is one of the features that only supports it partially at the moment and since it’s such a core component of the app, we want to make sure we’re careful with the data for it. We hope to have daily tasks multi-device support within a month or so.




I have an issue I would like to report, how can I report without emailing Reframe every time?


Simply shake your phone, and you will see the Instabug popup. Report your issue there. Thank you!




Where can I find my alcohol-free day counter?


Go to the “me” tab in the top left corner. Here you can find your day counter and the rest of your personal progress information!




Where can I find my drink counter to keep track of my alcohol intake?


Go to the “me” tab in the top left corner. Here you can find your daily drink counter and the rest of your personal progress information! (The weekly limit setting will be available soon once it is, we can add that into the answer too!)




How do I reset my daily tasks/start over from the beginning?


Go to the “me” tab in the top left corner, and click on the settings button in the top left. Click on the Reframe brain logo 9 times and a pop up will appear. Put in Day 1, and your daily activities will be reset to the beginning.




How do I reset my password?


To reset your password, please go to the log in page, input your email address, then click forgot my password. You'll receive a confirmation code through email. Please input the code and the new password and click confirm.




How do I change my sobriety/AF date?


Go to the “me” tab in the top left corner, and click on the settings icon in the top left. Click on the “Information” tab and put in your desired alcohol-free date.




How do I change from cutback track to quit track (over visa versa)? And can I change back and forth if I’m unsure of my goals?


Yes you can change back and forth. Go to the “me” tab in the top left corner, and click on the settings icon in the top left. Click on the “Change Tracks” tab to see which track you are on. If you wish to change tracks, click on change track, then exit out of the app. Starting the next day, your track will be changed. This will not erase your prior data or entries.

How do I reset my password?

I deleted the app and lost all my data, how do I get it back?


We sincerely apologize for the data lost. To protect our users' data, we chose to store all potentially sensitive data and most identifiers only on your device and not our databases. However, we can help you retrieve most of the lost data but it would be a slightly longer process. If you'd like to reset your program day now so you don't start at the beginning of the Reframe program, please click on the "me" icon (top left corner) -> then click on the settings icon on the top left corner. There you'll see a Reframe icon. Please tap on this icon 9 times and then input your program day. (Number form, ex: "25" for Day 25) when prompted for it. You can also reset the drink counter by clicking on the "Information" tab on this page.
