In your Toolkit, you’ll find tools to help bust a craving. There are games, guided meditations, breathing exercises, journal prompts, step counters, and more in this section! Tap the Craving Countdown button and dig into the different activities to get you through a craving for alcohol. (We put all of these in one place for you, so you don’t have to try to remember your tools in the middle of a stressful moment!)

Your Roadmap shows you where you are and where you’re headed. We’ve broken the Reframe program down into different modules, and as you build your knowledge and skills, you’ll see your progress down the Roadmap.
